Agricultural Lease
When SASCO’s client needed a reliable source of certified organic feed for its livestock, SASCO located Sanda Rosa Ranch in Elder County, Utah, near the border of Utah and Idaho. Because the client wanted to ensure quality and availability of supply on favorable terms, SASCO negotiated a seven-year lease of this 7,482-acre farm. The lease granted SASCO’s client the right to farm the land, as well as renewal options and a right of first refusal to purchase the farm.
