SASCO represented Comerica Bank – Texas in its acquisition of over 50 banks throughout Texas, as well as its disposition of multiple bank branches.
SASCO conducted market analysis and due diligence and negotiated each of the transactions, which included purchases, leases and sales of surplus property.
In addition, SASCO represented Comerica Bank in the site selection for all of its new branch locations in Texas.
